Should we start with an intro or hands-on training?

If your team is new to AI, start with a three-hour intro with demos and a guided exercise. If people are ready to build, we go hands-on with reusable skills and small automations. We pick the format with you.

Is this AI training for all employees or only technical staff?

Accepted Answer

Both. The intro needs no technical background, and we pick examples from roles like finance, legal and operations. Technical teams can go deeper and build with Claude Code or the APIs they already use.

Do you run Claude training for teams?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hands-on Claude training covers projects, reusable skills and, for technical teams, Claude Code. If your company has approved ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot instead, we teach the same methods in that tool.

Which tools and examples do you use?

Accepted Answer

We work inside the tools you've approved, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot. The methods stay the same whichever tool you use. Finance might explain what changed between two periods. Legal might check a contract against a checklist. We pick examples from your work and match the depth to the group.

What preparation and follow-up are included?

Most teams start with a three-hour session, and there is no limit on how many people join. It includes exercises, materials, an action plan and one follow-up of up to two hours. A deeper program runs over 1–2 weeks, with tasks and feedback in between. For larger groups we shape longer formats, like a multi-day program or a masterclass with a hackathon.

Will we leave with a workflow we can use every day?

The workshop builds understanding and skills. A process your team runs every day needs building and testing, which is what AI Workflows is for. Bigger software and data work is an AI Project. You can start with any of the three.
