Jabreen Academy asked us to turn a room of policymakers and executives into venture builders, live and on stage, in two days. We built an AI-native hackathon around our SEIF framework and did exactly that.

For the artificial intelligence component of the first Resilience Conference, we needed experts who could deliver results with a room of senior decision-makers. We found them in Aibl.to.
We prepared the program together over several months, agreeing on the tools, the phases, and the way teams would be formed and evaluated, with support provided in both Arabic and English. Running a first-of-its-kind AI hackathon for more than eighty participants was a demanding undertaking, and the care Gabriel Ceicoschi and Nizar Ntarouis brought to every stage was reflected in what participants achieved on the day.

Why they called us, and how we built it
The first Resilience Conference for Risk and Crisis Management opened in Muscat on 22 June 2026: CEOs, government leaders, and risk specialists from across the Gulf and beyond.
Geopolitical and supply-chain shocks are pushing Gulf institutions from reacting to risk toward acting on it first, and Vision 2040 makes diversification the mandate. Jabreen Academy asked us one thing: turn that disruption into fundable ventures, in two days, with AI doing the heavy lifting.
This was not off-the-shelf training. We built it in four stages, over several months.
Discovery, months out
We started with the academy's goals and the sectors their people actually work in. Supply chain, logistics, government services, finance, HR.
A proposal built for them
We drafted a workshop and hackathon program around the conference goals, then reworked it with the academy over several rounds.
Agreed tooling and phases
Together we locked the AI tools, the seats per team, the team-formation logic, the sprint phases, and how ventures would be judged. Down to bilingual English and Arabic support in the room.
Built and tested
We spent a month building every part of the framework and testing it. We ran a full example project through all six steps, then validated the whole flow live with 80 people on the day.
How the two days ran
We led with value, and the room left curious
We opened with why regional disruption creates real economic openings, then ran a live demo: one raw disruption walked through the framework, from gap to investor-ready plan. We closed by forming teams and setting up tools. We barely mentioned models or plugins.
Fourteen teams worked as venture builders
AI facilitators guided every team through the sprints under a 'no team left behind' rule, so the whole room moved together. Teams compressed weeks of analysis and planning into a single day, then pitched in three minutes on stage to AI-assisted judging.
