Nizar Ntarouis is an AI educator at Aibl.to, based in the Netherlands. He holds a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Utrecht University, where he also worked as a Research Assistant before moving into industry.
Through Aibl.to, Nizar helps professionals design and deploy AI automation. He teaches agentic system design, production readiness, and AI safety, focusing on hands-on implementation where participants bring their real workflows and leave with working automations they can deploy immediately.
He has delivered workshops at ASML, LocHal, and Jabreen Academy, reaching audiences across engineering, management, banking, legal, HR, and government. At one event, he presented as a keynote speaker in front of 250+ developers, addressing AI adoption mindset and the shift towards practical implementation.
Before his current role, Nizar built enterprise AI agents at uCrowds, where he integrated Large Language Models into real-time crowd simulations. At YES!Delft, he focused on AI solutions, integrations, and process automation for early-stage startups.
Since September 2024, Nizar has been an AI Software Engineer, working on AI product, a platform powering multi-agent architectures and conversation flows for enterprise clients. His focus is backend AI engineering, primarily using Python to build production-grade conversational AI systems.
